Please be aware that fraudsters are using false Vernier Capital Advisor names to attempt to misrepresent themselves as being associated with our company. These firms are not Vernier Capital Advisors (Europe) Ltd companies and have not been authorized to use the Vernier Capital Advisors name.

Vernier Capital Advisors (Europe) Ltd has flagged these attempts to the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) and cloned firm warnings have been issued. You can view these clone notifications with the regulator here.

You should be especially wary if you have been cold called or experienced aggressive sales tactics.
Be aware that scammers may give out other false details or mix these with some correct details of Vernier Capital Advisors (Europe) Ltd. They may change contact details over time to new email addresses, telephone numbers or physical addresses.
